THE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate and driven Technical Project Manager/Delivery manager to join our team at Toptracer. This role serves the entire organization, managing both improvement implementation projects and product delivery projects. The person will report to the PMO manager and will be responsible for coordinating tasks in a cross-functional team environment. The role is not a process development role, but the Delivery manager should take responsibility for identifying and implementing improvements discovered during projects. 

POSSIBILITIES

This position offers a dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities to work on various projects, including system integration of IT equipment and software development projects. 

The Delivery manager will be instrumental in collecting information, analyzing data, suggesting improvements, implementing changes, and following up on project outcomes.


The role will also provide an opportunity to grow in experience within delivery and project management, making it an excellent fit for those looking to advance their skills.

You will be able to work with product development and products targeted for the golf market.

WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE

• A technical understanding, preferably at least a bachelor’s degree in science.
• Experience and skills in Atlassian tools such as Jira, and Confluence are mandatory and knowledge of Assets is a plus.
• A hands-on approach and the ability to handle practical tasks beyond the role description when necessary.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate tasks in an environment with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders, including engineers, salespersons, product management, customers, and senior management.
• A self-motivated, driven, and analytical mindset.
• A data-driven approach with the ability to gather and analyze data for insights and decision-making.
• Experience in software development projects and/or system integration of IT equipment.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in delivery and/or project management.
• Experience with the integration of subsystems and/or embedded systems is beneficial.
• An interest in golf is relevant
