We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent within the software development, game design, and product management domains. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and craft effective recruitment strategies that align with our company's vision and growth objectives, while ensuring an excellent experience for both hiring managers and candidates, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and respect in all our interactions. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in our employer branding initiatives, actively working to enhance Bragg Group's recognition in the local markets. 


Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and success factors for various technical roles, including software developers, QA, system and DevOps engineers, game designers, and product owners,
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and engage candidates through various channels, including professional networking sites, job boards, referrals, and industry events,
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and overall alignment with the role and company values,
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer stage,
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates and build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs,
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience,
  • Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers and HR leadership on recruitment activities, market trends, and challenges,
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs, conferences, and networking events to enhance our visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice.


What you bring to the team:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the technology industry, with a proven track record of filling mid to senior-level positions,
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, particularly in software development, game design, and product management,
  • Excellent sourcing techniques and ability to leverage social media and professional networks to attract top talent,
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers,
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously,
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
