Java Developer - Games

Become a BraggStar! We are inviting a Java developer to join our Remote Game Server team, where you will focus on the development of exciting casino games.

This is a hybrid role based in our Ljubljana or Maribor office.

Your responsibilities:

·       Implementation of the backend logic of our product;

·       Development and maintenance of our existing and new functionalities;

·       Analysing and helping to define requirements, writing technical documentation, and actively participating in the design of solutions;

·       Implementation of distributed and scalable solutions;

·       Reviewing code and providing constructive feedback to your team members.

What you bring to the team:

·       3+ years professional experience as a Java developer;

·       Experience in the design and implementation of functionalities;

·       Experience with the design and development of APIs (REST);

·       Basic knowledge of development tools (IDE, versioning);

·       English language fluency, both written and spoken.

Bonus points if:

·       You’re familiar with relational databases;

·       You’re familiar with Gradle, Jenkins, and Git;

·       You know Spring;

·       You have already worked with Kafka;

·       You have experience in the implementation of distributed and scalable solutions.
