Your role involves integrating technology contracts and engagements, leveraging all technology offerings to expand the scope of work, and creating comprehensive technology account plans. You will engage with stakeholders to maximize opportunities, build strong relationships, and ensure all technology needs are met effectively and efficiently.

  • Should have influencing and advisory skills
  • Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and drive technology adoption

Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Summary: As a Technology Account Lead, you will function as the primary contact for technology work at each account. Your typical day involves integrating technology contracts and engagements at the client, leveraging all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account, and creating a comprehensive technology account plan. You will engage with various stakeholders to maximize opportunities and build strong relationships within the account, ensuring that all technology needs are met effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and drive technology adoption. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in SAP Generative AI. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
