Total Reward Specialist

• Collect, verify, and reconcile payroll data, including compensation, bonuses, and deductions;
• End-to-end payroll processing for local and international specialists (monthly, quarterly);
• Cooperate with HR, Finance, and external providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness;
• Prepare payroll reports for management, finance, and analysis purposes;
• Handle specialists’ queries related to payroll in a timely and professional manner;
• Support payroll system improvements and automation initiatives.

##### We need your professional experience:

• 2+ years of experience in relevant positions;
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets;
• Strong Intermediate English level;
• Experience with payroll systems/HRIS is an advantage;
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy;
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks at once.
