SimCorp is seeking a highly motivated Transformation & Change Manager for its IT Operations. This role involves leading and developing people and teams within the Testing Services department integrated into several Global Delivery Centers. Responsibilities include people management such as developing high-performance teams, acting as a role model, promoting feedback, supporting employee growth, and overseeing recruitment. Operational management includes project delivery, coordination, escalations, and resource allocation to ensure quality service delivery. Strategic involvement includes optimizing organizational structure and processes, and contributing to the company's strategic directions. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT operations management, scaled agile frameworks, project management, and leading teams through change.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

We are looking for a highly motivated Manager with experience in service delivery to lead and develop people and teams in Testing Services (CTS) department integrated into several Global Delivery Centers (GDC) of our client.  

This is a diverse role with many touch points with senior management in both the technology organization and business units with our client.  

In return, you will enjoy working within a great leadership team that values its employees and encourages development. You will lead employees from EMEA GDC (Warsaw) who are all dedicated and committed focusing on our clients.  

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

(A)  People Management  

  • Develop and lead high-performance and self-organized teams.  
  • Act as a role model exhibiting SimCorp’s corporate values, strategy, and culture in all interactions.  
  • Promote feedback culture and address employee concerns in a timely and effective manner.  
  • Support high engagement of employees by ensuring a transparent and psychologically safe working environment.  
  • Actively facilitate and monitor employee growth in professional development through an internal framework.  
  • Responsible for recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of employees.  
  • Participate in defining and administering compensation, benefits, and promotions. Collaborate with all relevant parts of the company to ensure they have the required input to plan work and budget.  

(B) Operational Management  

  • As a key member of the leadership team you share responsibility for project delivery and coordination, escalations, removing impediments, and dependencies.  
  • Collaborate with Agile Team Leaders to ensure optimal planning and allocation of resources to guarantee sound work & life harmony as well as high-quality and on-time service deliveries.  
  • Accountable for archiving efficiency targets on team and department level.

(C) Strategic Involvement  

  • Apply system and design thinking in optimization of organizational structure, processes, and operational framework in close collaboration with other Delivery Centers ensuring global consistency.  
  • Provide input and take an essential role to work on strategic directions of your area of responsibility supporting SimCorp’s strategy.  

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Relevant experience in similar positions particularly with scaled agile frameworks.  
  • Project management experience. 
  • Experience to lead team through change.  
  • Great communication skills, knowledge about NVC is a valuable asset. 
  • Continuous improvement mindset and knowledge.  
  • Ability to build and maintain trust within teams and stakeholders along with conflict mediation.  
  • Structured, well-organized with focus on details.  
  • Willingness to step-up and take on extra responsibility along with standard work tasks.  
  • Motivated, determined and creative with acting locally while thinking globally.
