Job Description

The Virtual Account Executive will focus on acquiring and developing business within assigned territories and verticals, targeting new logo prospects and nurturing existing accounts. This role involves active selling (70% of the time) and supporting tasks (30%) such as network quotes and partner agreements. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients, building a strong sales pipeline, proactive client engagement for upsell/cross-sell opportunities, converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into opportunities, generating sales leads, developing a customer portfolio, providing updates on new products and services, maintaining client relationships, and representing the company at industry events (travel required). Additional tasks involve managing client meetings, maintaining accurate CRM data, managing quotations, liaising with the operations team, and reporting activities to the country manager.
Must have:
  • Acquire new logo business, build a strong pipeline.
  • Actively seek and develop new customers and opportunities.
  • Proactively contact existing clients to maximize business potential.
  • Manage day-to-day client meetings.
  • Strong Swedish language skills.

Virtual Account Executive is sales professional focused on acquiring and developing business within assigned territories and verticals, while looking for new logo prospects and developing existing accounts. Candidates will effectively be spending 70% of the time on active selling and 30% on supporting tasks such as network quotes, agreeing conditions with partners and other tasks related to sales.


Virtual Sales Tasks
  • Acquire new logo business, build strong pipeline.
  • Actively seeks out and develops new customers, new opportunities.
  • Proactively contacting the existing clients to maximize business potential – active upsell/cross sell .
  • Engaging with new leads provided by Operations Team, maximize MQL conversion into real opportunity
  • Generate new sales leads and opportunities
  • Acquisition and developing own customer portfolio – direct touch with end users is requirement
  • Provide consistent interaction with existing customers – upsell/cross sell initiatives
  • Ensures that information about new products, services, and operational changes are communicated to customers on a timely basis
  • Maintain and builds account relationships.
  • Represents the Company at industry trade shows and conferences – travel requirements is a must


Other tasks
  • Manage the day to day client meetings.
  • Maintains all information about customers, including all contact information and call reports, accurately and timely in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Managing the jobs from quotation stage to booking in line with the client expectations and communicating effectively any service issues.
  • Manage and follow-up on quotes.
  • Internal liaison with the operations team assisting with quotations and service information.
  •  Reporting activities to the country manager
  • Strong Swedish language skills
