VP - Head of Verafin AI Transformation

We are seeking a visionary VP, Head of AI Transformation to lead our organization's AI adoption journey and drive transformational change across all business functions. What You'll Do

• Drive AI Adoption Across the Business: Lead enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of AI technologies across all departments and business units
• Outcome Identification & Measurement: Identify key business outcomes across all areas of Verafin and use cases where AI can deliver significant value, establishing clear metrics and KPIs to measure success
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Verafin’s AI Champions, to foster a collaborative approach to AI implementation and innovation
• Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives to ensure successful AI adoption, including training, process optimization, and cultural transformation
• Innovation & Strategy: Stay ahead of AI trends and emerging technologies, continuously identifying new opportunities for AI-driven business transformation

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in AI/ML strategy and implementation at enterprise level
• Strong leadership experience with demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional transformation
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and their practical business applications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Track record in change management and organizational transformation
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate technical concepts into business value

This position can be located in St. John’s or Toronto, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
