- You identify potential for improvement in our customer service system and implement them
- You help our customers make optimal use of our platform
- You develop proposed solutions for emerging problems as needed

- You are an open-minded, communicative personality who can deal with different characters and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
- You are flexible and available at least 15 hours per week

About us
With Dyn, sports fans have a new home since summer 2023. Dyn is the new streaming platform for live broadcasts and highlight reporting of all games of the DAIKIN Handball-Bundesliga, 2. Handball-Bundesliga and DHB Pokal, the easyCredit Basketball Bundesliga, the Women's and Men's Volleyball Bundesliga, as well as the Table Tennis Bundesliga and the Hockey Bundesliga. Our goal: To inspire even more people for sports every day with true passion.
