Must Have:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide friendly, clear, and solution-focused support to members and community partners.
  • Accurately maintain records of interactions in our systems.
  • Assist with onboarding new members and partners, including documentation and account setup.
  • Support scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Escalate and resolve concerns effectively in collaboration with leadership and support teams.
  • Share feedback and suggestions to help improve service delivery and member satisfaction.
  • 1–2 years of customer service, support, or receptionist experience.
  • Strong communication skills — both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or database platforms.
  • Comfortable using remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Slack.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and commitment to service.
