Verlagsgruppe Oetinger is seeking a Social Media Working Student (m/f/d) for 20 hours/week, starting November 1, 2025, in Hamburg. The role involves creating text and image content for TikTok and Instagram, community management, developing challenges and interactive events, concept creation, editorial planning based on KPIs, collaborating with external partners, reporting, and market analysis. Candidates should be creative, experienced with social media platforms and content creation tools, data-driven, and team-oriented, with a passion for children's, young adult, and new adult books.

Experience with analysis tools such as Hootsuite

Must Have:

Content creation (text and image) for TikTok and Instagram channels
Willingness to appear personally in posts
Community management and engagement with communities
Development of challenges, interactive actions, and events
Concept creation and editorial planning based on target KPIs
Collaboration with external partners
Reporting, competitor, market, and target group analysis
Love for children's and young adult books, and New Adult titles
Creativity
Experience with TikTok and Meta Creator and Business Accounts
Data-driven work and keyword research
Experience with content creation tools like Canva, midjourney, ChatGPT, Sora

Reporting, competitor, market, and target group analysis
Love for children's and young adult books, and New Adult titles

What you bring:

Creativity
