Job Description

As Zone Installations Director, you will be responsible for executing commercial projects and delivering revenue in your zone by leading, coaching, and mentoring your team to achieve business objectives. You will also be responsible for guiding your team through process improvement projects and collaborating in the End-to-End commercial delivery process with external customers (Hospitals) and internal stakeholders (Sales, Project Management, Service, and Supply Chain) to drive leading KPIs and convert Order Intake to Revenue on a predictable schedule. Your focus will be on driving operational and financial performance within your zone while delivering an exceptional overall customer experience.

The Zone Installation Director reports into the North America Region (NAR) Integrated Supply Chain, and directly to the NAR Head of Revenue for the Precision Diagnosis & Image Guided Therapy business.

Your role:

  • Leader of approximately 24 Customer Project Managers (CPMs) who are the primary liaison between assigned customers and Philips' “back room” organizations for each assigned order to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Mentoring, coaching, and developing a team of installation CPMs to work alongside hospitals' General Contractors and Project Managers to deliver deadlines on time, in partnership with the sales team.
  • Ensure accurate revenue forecasting and inventory utilization.
  • Maintaining customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue and inventory targets.
  • Driving process adherence through KPI review and regular on-site visits.
  • Driving integration across the value stream by identifying key drivers of value and influencing others to work cross-functionally to increase operational excellence and customer value.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in leading a remote team of project managers in construction or healthcare areas. (This role is a people leader of 24 customer project managers)
  • Your skills include dealing with contractors, facilities, and construction personnel to advance a complex, construction-heavy project. You will also have experience running a business, including revenue attainment, spending control, metrics development and tracking, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will work with internal supply chain, order processing, and order management personnel operating globally.
  • You have a degree in engineering or business administration or construction project management. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You’re an avid user of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
  • You must be able to travel at least 20% of the time.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is a field/remote role in the Midwest United States, and the candidate must live in the Midwest.

Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, OH, WI, ND is $144,750 to $ 231,600.

The pay range for this position in KA, MO, NE, SD is $137,613 to $220,020.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
