Job Description

A Senior Strategy Manager is needed with 5+ years of experience in brand, market, theory, and practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to identify market trends, develop competitive tactics, and translate creative ideas into effective strategies. They should have a proven track record of successful campaigns and be comfortable working independently to create proposals and manage projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with a strong understanding of advertising operations and preferably, some experience in the pharmaceutical industry. International 4A advertising agency experience is preferred. The role requires strong logical thinking, insightful analysis, and impeccable written and verbal communication skills.

  • Successful campaign track record
  • 4A agency experience preferred
  • Pharmaceutical industry knowledge a plus

职位要求

  • 有国际4A广告或相关公司工作经验,丰富的全案策划经验;
  • 须有至少4年以上的同岗位工作经验,嗅觉敏锐,眼光独到;
  • 足够强大的逻辑思维及洞察力,具备较强的信息综合、分析归纳能力;
  • 优秀的口头、书面表达能力,良好的沟通协调能力、项目管理能力;
  • 广告学、新闻学或相关专业专科以上学历;
  • 工作独立性强、反应快速,承压能力高;
  • 面试请携带作品。
