They should have a proven track record of successful campaigns and be comfortable working independently to create proposals and manage projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with a strong understanding of advertising operations and preferably, some experience in the pharmaceutical industry. International 4A advertising agency experience is preferred. The role requires strong logical thinking, insightful analysis, and impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
