2026 Intern - Product Master Data Maintenance

This role involves supporting the implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and the creation/modification of Material Master data in SAPNXP. The intern will be responsible for maintaining Product Bill of Materials (BOM) data at SAPNXP, including PV and all BOM levels, as well as MPI BOM and non-BOM Material Master data. The position acts as a bridge between SAPNXP and CamSTAR for Manufacturing Product Integration (MPI) and will handle Global Master Data and Product Master Data requests, including the creation of BOM Material and non-BOM items.

Must Have

• Support ECO implementation and SAPNXP Material Master data creation/modification
• Maintain Product BOM data at SAPNXP
• Maintain MPI BOM and non-BOM Material Master data
• Fulfill GMDR & PMD requests
• Pursuing bachelor's degree or above in MIS, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management
• CET-6 or above with oral English communication skills
• Sense of data management and motivation for task/time management

Good to Have

• Interest in data and information systems
• Understanding of Manufacturing Product Integration (MPI)

Job Responsibility:

• Support ECO Implementation (Engineering Change Order from Enovia/Aras) & SAPNXP Material Master data Creation/Modification
• Product BOM data maintenance at SAPNXP, including PV & all levels of BOM data
• MPI BOM & non-BOM Material Master data maintenance
• Manufacturing Product Integration - MPI - the bridge between SAPNXP and CamSTAR
• GMDR & PMD Request Fulfillment - Global Master Data & Product Master Data Request, all the BOM Material and non-BOM creation

Job Qualification:

• Pursuing in bachelor’s degree or above major in Management Information System, Computer Since, Industry Engineering and Business Administration / Business Management as priority, other majors with interest of data and information system also good to be the candidates
• CET-6 or above with a certain level of oral English communication
• Sense of data management and motivation of task base event management and time management would make a better fit to the applied job role
