We are seeking a talented 2D Animator to develop comprehensive animation concepts for our online games. You will be responsible for implementing these concepts with a focus on quality and resources, creating previews and mockups. The role involves independently developing performant character animations, kinetic typography, and visually appealing effects using Esoteric Software Spine and Adobe After Effects. You will ensure technically sound final data packages and collaborate with product management, graphics, animation, and online frontend development teams. Staying updated on current industry animation styles and techniques is crucial.
Must Have
- Develop animation concepts for online games.
- Implement concepts with quality focus.
- Create character animations and visual effects.
- Use Spine and After Effects.
- Ensure technically sound data packages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Excellent eye for character and facial animation.
- Proficiency in After Effects and Photoshop.
- Strong sense of proportion, anatomy, timing, and rhythm.
- Good written and spoken communication skills (C1 German).
