Job Description

We are seeking a talented 2D Animator to develop comprehensive animation concepts for our online games. You will be responsible for implementing these concepts with a focus on quality and resources, creating previews and mockups. The role involves independently developing performant character animations, kinetic typography, and visually appealing effects using Esoteric Software Spine and Adobe After Effects. You will ensure technically sound final data packages and collaborate with product management, graphics, animation, and online frontend development teams. Staying updated on current industry animation styles and techniques is crucial.

Good To Have:

University degree in Animation or equivalent.
Experience in gaming or online casino industry.

Must Have:

Develop animation concepts for online games.
Implement concepts with quality focus.
Create character animations and visual effects.
Use Spine and After Effects.

Minimum 5 years of experience.
Excellent eye for character and facial animation.
Proficiency in After Effects and Photoshop.
Strong sense of proportion, anatomy, timing, and rhythm.
Good written and spoken communication skills (C1 German).

Du bist am Puls der Zeit und hast einen Überblick darüber, welche Animationsstile und -Techniken in der Branche gerade angesagt sind.

Das bist du:

Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Animation und Bewegtbild bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
Du kannst eine mindestens 5-jährige Berufserfahrung als 2D Animator:in vorweisen, idealerweise in der Gaming- oder Online-Casino-Branche.
Du hast ein exzellentes Auge für Character- und Facial Animation.
Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit den Adobe-Tools After Effects und Photoshop und ein gutes Gespür für Proportionen, Anatomie, Timing und Rhythmus.
Du zeichnest dich durch eine proaktive, verbindliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise aus.
Du verfügst über gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Deutschkenntnisse auf C1 Level.
Du bist kommunikationsstark und empathisch im Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten.
Du verfügst über einen hohen Grad an Selbstorganisation und Selbstreflexion für die Arbeit innerhalb eines hybriden, kollaborativen Arbeitsmodells.
Du hast eine Can-do-Mentalität und bist Feuer und Flamme, Dinge voranzubringen.
