JOB DUTIES
- Collaborate closely with game designers and artists to experiment with and refine the visual style.
- Partner with the project lead to ensure high-quality assets are delivered on schedule.
- Develop concepts and designs for various game elements, such as characters, environments, and props.
- Produce high-quality 2D art for in-game assets.
- Oversee deliverables to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Offer constructive and clear feedback to external artists.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of experience as a concept artist or 2D artist in the gaming industry.
- Strong skills in researching and gathering reference materials to fuel creativity and address challenges.
- Capability to design characters, environments, and props across diverse themes and styles.
- Proficiency in adhering to the project’s established artistic style.
- Skill in creatively solving visual challenges through rapid sketching.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on teamwork.
- Deep enthusiasm for game development.
- Able to work on-site with us.
Bonus Qualifications
- Strong drawing and rendering ability.
- Mobile game developing experience.
- Familiar with 2D Animation or VFX experience, like Spine, AE, Flash, etc.
