Bring to life adorable, cute Virtual Pets for mobile

BitPet is a virtual pet game that has been in development for five years to prove the concept of the game. We are now looking to improve the visual style and enhance the already existing pets and their environment. A 3D artist will work together with an Art Director and the developer team.

The Role

As our 3D Artist, you’ll work closely with our Art Director and game team to shape the visual soul of BitPet. You will also create animation for the pets — capturing charm, emotion, and personality through expressive movements. Moreover, you will create 3D accessories, decorative items, and help build a playful, cohesive visual experience for our players.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models of cute, stylized animals based on concept art

• Animate pets with high emotional expressiveness and attention to character personality
  Build 3D accessories, pet clothing, and decorative items for in-game environments

• Work closely with the Art Director to ensure style consistency across the game

• Optimize assets for mobile performance

• Work closely with our Unity developers to make sure everything works smoothly in the game.
  Contribute creative ideas to make BitPet more fun and visually compelling

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio showcasing stylized 3D character modeling and animation

• Proven experience animating animals or creatures with expressive, emotional movements

• Proficiency with industry-standard 3D tools (e.g. Blender, Maya)

• Experience working with Unity

• Eye for detail, personality, and cuteness in character work

• Experience with mobile games
