Job Description

Knack Studios, based in Chennai and Hyderabad, specializes in post-production services including Sound, Color Grading, Visual Effects, Mastering, and QC. They are seeking 3D Artists for both locations. The role involves expertise in 3D-Match move, camera and rigid-body tracking, and understanding of apertures, lenses, and distortion. Generalist 3D Artists should have thorough knowledge of Maya, experience in Houdini, and understanding of physical motion, rigs, and animation pipelines.

Good To Have:

Familiarity with 2D tracking using Nuke
Experience in Cloth and Fur animation

Must Have:

Thorough understanding of camera and rigid-body tracking
Use of survey data when generating camera and objects tracks
Understanding of apertures, lenses and distortion
Thorough knowledge of Maya
Experience in HOUDINI Software
Understanding of physical motion, weight, balance, texture and form
Understanding of rigs, animation pipelines
Proficiency in 3ds Max and Photoshop
Great understanding of composition, color, shading, lighting
Great understanding of different art styles, design process and creative workflow
Experience in 3DE, Boujou, PF Track

Job Description

We are looking for Candidates for 3D Artist for Chennai & Hyderabad Locations

3D-Match move Artist

Thorough understanding of camera and rigid-body tracking, and the use of survey data when generating camera and objects tracks
Understanding of apertures, lenses and distortion.
Familiarity with 2D tracking using Nuke is an advantage

3D Artist (Generalist, Animation, Lighting & FX Artist.

A thorough knowledge of Maya
Experience in HOUDINI Software
An understanding of physical motion, weight, balance, texture and form
An understanding of rigs, animation pipelines

Qualifications

Academic background in Arts, design or equivalent.
Proficient in 3ds Max and Photoshop
Great understanding of composition, color, shading, lighting.
Great understanding of different art styles, design process and creative workflow.
Experience in Cloth and Fur animation is an advantage
Experience in 3DE, Boujou, PF Track, Maya
