Jr. System Administrator

Knack Studios is seeking a Jr. System Administrator with 1-3 years of experience and a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science. The role involves supporting and resolving IT and system issues across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments, managing Active Directory, and maintaining IT asset inventory. Responsibilities also include firewall management, CCTV/biometric/printer configuration, and providing L2/L3 technical support. The administrator will also handle IT security policies, liaise with vendors, and perform preventive maintenance on IT hardware.

Must Have

• Support and resolve IT and systems issues.
• Knowledge in Windows, MAC, and Linux systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory.
• Interface with Core Services teams for complex issues.
• Maintain accurate and updated IT Asset Management inventory.
• Firewall Management.
• CCTV, Biometric, and Printer Configuration and Maintenance.
• Maintain and update IT Security policies.
• Provide L2 & L3 technical support to users.
• Liaise with vendors for IT Infrastructure issues.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance of IT hardware.
• Create and maintain IT inventory.
• Routine monitoring and proactive incident resolution.
• Keep documentation updated for IT Manager.

• Planning & executing the preventive maintenance of the IT hardware’s.
• Creating & maintaining the IT inventory.
• Routine monitoring and pro-actively solving stopping the incident.
• Keeping all documented and updated to IT Manager to avoid one point contact bottleneck.
