- Bachelor's degree
- 4-20 years of experience
- Experience in high-end architecture is a plus
- Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is required
- Proficiency Revit/AutoCAD, 3D Max is a plus
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Self-starter, with the ability to work independently

- Physical Requirements: The position requires the ability to drive a car, and operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, scanner, and printer. The position also requires the ability to travel to and from the office and meet with clients and colleagues outside of the office.
