3D Lead Artist Generalist

PTW is seeking a 3D Lead Artist to provide art direction/vision and assist in implementation. This role will work intimately with our team of 10 artists and will be crucial to translate work from concept to effective models. That person will:

• Lead and manage the art team, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and maintain the artistic vision of the company and its projects, ensuring a consistent and high-quality visual style.
• Create conceptual art, storyboards, and visual prototypes to communicate ideas and vision to the team.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure that the art aligns with gameplay and game objectives.
• Oversee and participate in the production of all visual content, including character design, environments, UI, and animations.
• Ensure that art milestones are delivered on time and meet the quality standards set by the company.
• Take initiative in problem-solving and optimizing the art production flow.

That position is to work 100% on-site (non-remote) and demands fluent english.

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role in the game development industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your artistic skills and creative vision, including conceptual art and finished projects.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in designing and creating UIs with a focus on usability, but also help build the game world.
• Proficiency in software like Photoshop and 3D modeling tools (e.g., Blender, Maya).
• Experience with Unity and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Passion for games and a deep understanding of what makes games visually appealing and engaging.
• Proactivity, being able to take initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work in-person (non-remote) from Monday to Friday during business hours.
