We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Artist to join our team and oversee the development of our next groundbreaking title.

Tasks

As a Lead Artist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our mobile games. You’ll oversee and guide a team of artists, ensuring that our products deliver exceptional visual experiences. Your ability to conceptualize, design, and implement stunning visuals will be instrumental in our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Provide artistic direction and vision for multiple mobile game projects.- Defining the Visual Style: Establish the overall aesthetic direction for the game, including color palettes, art styles, and visual themes.
  • Concept Generation: Brainstorm and develop innovative visual concepts that resonate with the game’s narrative and gameplay.
  • Style Guides: Create comprehensive style guides to ensure consistency and quality throughout the development process.
  • Concept Development: Create compelling visual concepts and styles that align with game mechanics and target audiences.
  • UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance gameplay and the user experience.
  • Technical Implementation: Work closely with developers to implement UI, animations, and visual effects using Unity.
  • Team Management: Mentor and develop junior artists, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all visual assets meet the highest quality standards and adhere to project deadlines.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and the quality of our work.

Requirements

Over 5+ years of proven experience as a game artist and 3+ years in a leadership role.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional artistic skills and a deep understanding of visual design principles.
  • Proficiency in Unity and experience implementing UI, animations, and visual effects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for creating visually stunning and engaging mobile games.

Bonus Points:

Experience with 2D and 3D art creation.

  • Unity Particle effect, animation, UGUI system
  • In Game UI/UX Experience
