Job Description

As a Senior User Acquisition Manager at TapNation, you'll manage and execute global UA campaigns across various mobile channels (Social, Ad networks, DSPs, etc.) to boost app downloads and revenue for F2P mobile games. Responsibilities include optimizing existing channels, improving processes, driving new testing, managing cross-functional projects, and collaborating with internal/external partners. You'll report to the CMO and work closely with the UA/Monetization team, contributing to long-term company strategy and growth. This role requires deep-diving into performance data, identifying improvement areas, monitoring key metrics, and managing projects efficiently. You'll also build best practices, manage technical ad operations, and collaborate with team members to share insights and knowledge.

  • Creative & analytical mindset
  • Excellent analytical skills & Excel/PowerPoint proficiency
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant field

To continue our amazing mission, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Head of Senior User Acquisition Manager (all types of contracts) to join our UA/Monetizing team đź’Ş 


Role Overview đź‘€
As Senior User Acquisition Manager, you will be manage and execute global user acquisition campaigns across mobile channels (Social, Ad networks, DSPs, and Others) and grow app downloads and revenues for our F2P mobile games. In this role, you will optimize existing channels, improve operational processes and drive new testing initiatives. You will manage cross-functional projects and work closely with internal and external partners to drive a direct impact on the business. 

As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you’ll have the chance to contribute to the company strategy and growth in the long term, reporting to our CMO () and working closely with our UA/Monetizing team.


          Your missions:

  • Manage day-to-day collaboration with partners to optimize campaign performance and deliver business KPIs.
  • Deep dive into ongoing performance to identify and execute on improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on key performance metrics on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage fast-paced and dynamic projects in a highly organized manner on schedule and on target.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share insights and knowledge.
  • Build and document best practices and processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage technical Ad Operations including campaign tracking, measurement, and integration.

          Profile:

  • You have a passion for games, particularly mobile games and have a good affinity with the mobile game sector.
  • Proven experience in social ads management.
  • Have a creative and analytical mind.
  • Excellent analytical skills and full proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Business or Engineering.
  • Complete fluency in English, both written and oral.
