The Account Coordinator assists Account Executives (AEs) with overall marketing and promotions coordination efforts. Duties include being the liaison between Sales, Production & Promotions departments. Responsibilities involve entering, reviewing, and revising orders, confirming payments, pulling inventory reports, managing preemptions, processing makegoods, requesting client assets, generating various reports, entering missing copy, creating event recaps, reconciling invoices, and researching credit memos.
Must Have:- Minimum 1 year experience in tangible or intangible sales
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Good customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work in a multi-task environment
- Proficiency in Windows 200/XP, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Fluent in Spanish (read and write)
- Willingness to work from office in Houston, TX
- Authorization to work full-time in the United States
