MetalBear is looking for an exceptional, driven Account Executive (APAC) to join our rapidly growing team. This is a rare opportunity to own and scale a go-to-market function in one of the most exciting early-stage startups in developer tooling. You’ll help shape our sales motion across the APAC region, close meaningful deals, and directly influence how innovative tech companies ship code faster with mirrord — our open-source powered, production-grade platform.

🚀 What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, closing, and post-sale growth.
- Manage and expand key accounts, driving adoption, upsell, and renewal retention.
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities quickly and effectively, ensuring time is spent where it matters most.
- Work closely with 3rd-party outbound partners (until we hire SDRs), guiding campaigns and collaborating as if they were internal.
- Partner directly with leadership to refine our sales playbook, pipeline strategy, and overall GTM approach in APAC.
- Consistently exceed annual sales targets through focused, high-quality execution.

Requirements
🔧 What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience (startups, scale-ups, or fast-moving tech environments).
- Proven success running full-cycle sales with technical buyers (ideally DevOps, platform engineering, or developer tools).
- Self-starter who thrives in early-stage environments with minimal structure.
- Excellent communicator — able to adapt your message for both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong task management & forecasting discipline — nothing slips through the cracks.
- Bonus: Experience selling to APAC-based engineering teams or developer tools markets.
