As an Inside Sales Account Executive at Toast, you will be integral to transforming restaurant operations by proactively prospecting, building strong relationships, and successfully onboarding new restaurateurs within your designated local area. Employing a consultative approach, you will meticulously understand their unique business needs and craft tailored solutions to ensure their success. This dynamic role encompasses managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, conducting compelling product demonstrations, collaborating effectively with internal teams to guarantee seamless delivery, and strategically leveraging Salesforce to manage all sales activities and further establish the Toast brand in your territory.

Do you have the right ingredients\*? (Requirements)

  • 1+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing sales role, restaurant operations, or a relatable field and industry
  • Since this is a field position, you must have reliable transportation (will reimburse for mileage)
  • Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and team environment
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible
  • General technical proficiency with software
