Sensi.AI is a hyper-growth startup transforming home care with agentic AI. We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and client retention. This role involves crafting smart sales strategies, developing compelling value propositions, and building long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and demonstrating how Sensi.AI solves their challenges. The position is based in Austin, TX, with a hybrid work setup.
Must Have:
  • Build and manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, contract negotiation, closing deals, client retention, and upselling.
  • Develop and present compelling value propositions to drive client interest and conversion.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and communicate how Sensi.ai provides value to solve their challenges.
  • Cultivate long-term, strategic relationships with clients.
  • Design and execute outbound strategies and campaigns, building your own pipeline of opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and refine campaigns and sales processes to enhance performance and outcomes.
  • Work closely with internal business and technology teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
  • 3+ years of Account Executive experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in B2B environments.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build and manage complex sales pipelines effectively.
  • Exceptional ability to forge and maintain relationships with strong consultative selling skills focusing on value-based solutions.
  • Experience in navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Thrives in dynamic and ambiguous environments. Showcases resourcefulness and adaptability.
  • Comfortable working onsite 4 days/week in a collaborative team setting.
  • Experience in developing and refining sales processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology stack.
