We’re looking for a Founding Account Executive to be the cornerstone of our go-to-market motion — someone who can generate their own pipeline, close enterprise-level deals, and help shape how Dialogue sells.
You’ll work directly with the founders to build and scale our sales playbook, owning every stage of the sales process from prospecting to close. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll help define how the company grows.
- Build and own a pipeline from outbound, inbound, and founder-led opportunities
- Close enterprise and mid-market deals across key verticals (CPG, eCommerce, Media & Entertainment, Gaming)
- Partner with the founders to refine our positioning, pricing, and GTM motion
- Develop repeatable sales processes, CRM hygiene, and forecasting discipline
- Collaborate with product and marketing on demos, case studies, and feedback loops
- Represent Dialogue at key industry events and with early lighthouse customers
- Be scrappy — test, learn, and iterate quickly on what works
- 5–8+ years of sales experience in enterprise SaaS, ideally at early-stage (Seed–Series B) companies
- Proven track record of closing $50K–$250K+ ACV deals and exceeding quota
- Comfortable generating your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and creative networking
- Experience selling to research, insights, product, or marketing leaders is a strong plus
- Strategic, consultative seller who thrives in ambiguity and rapid iteration
- Deep curiosity for AI, customer insights, and shaping a new product category
- Excellent communicator — strong writing, storytelling, and executive presence
- Bonus: Rolodex or strong network in CPG, eCommerce, or Media/Entertainment/Gaming
