TransPerfect is seeking a driven Account Executive / Business Developer to expand its presence in the Medical Affairs and Information sector. This role involves building new business relationships, cultivating strategic partnerships, and serving as the primary client contact. Responsibilities include understanding TransPerfect's services, identifying prospective customers, developing new client relationships through various channels, and managing sales opportunities from qualification to closure. The Account Executive will also promote services, provide customer support, manage pricing and contractual issues, and learn about client industries to identify new business opportunities.
Must Have:- Expand footprint in Medical Affairs and Information space.
- Build new business relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients.
- Develop an effective understanding of TransPerfect’s services.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers.
- Develop new client relationships (cold calling, internet, trade shows).
- Close sales opportunities.
- Promote and educate clients on services.
- Manage client expectations and provide support.
- Manage pricing and contractual issues.
- Previous Account Management/Sales experience.
- Proven Strategic Business Development experience.
- Superior written and spoken English communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
- Ability to work 5 days per week from London office.
