Job Summary

Job Description

As a Digital Account Executive, Enterprise, you will focus on proposing solutions using Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Data Cloud. This role involves developing sales strategies, visiting clients, making proposals, and managing contracts in collaboration with relevant departments and partners. You will be responsible for conveying value to customers and inspiring them with a vision of the future. The position requires a deep understanding of the customer's vision and the ability to act as a trusted advisor. This role requires strong customer management skills and a proven ability to build relationships with clients up to the C-level.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of IT-related corporate sales experience
  • Experience in solution-based sales proposals
  • Excellent customer management skills with executive clients
  • Experience in creating proposals and account plans
Good to have:
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills

Account Executive, Enterprise (Digital AE)

東京のEnterpriseセクターに属する企業(従業員規模2,000名以上)を主に担当するDigital AEのポジションです。

Digtal AEとは:

Salesforceの保有するソリューションの中で、Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloudを用いた提案に注力していただくポジションです。

担当領域に対する拡販の戦略策定からお客様訪問、提案、契約までの業務を関係部門、パートナー様と協調しながら推進します。 

Department Description: 

セールスフォース・ジャパンの営業組織において、Enterprise領域の様々な業種のクライアントに向けて営業活動をする組織において、Salesforceが保有するソリューションを駆使して、顧客のカスタマーサクセスに取り組んでいます。

 

Your Impact:

お客様にバリューを明確に伝え、 " 顧客とつながる企業 " という未来へのインスピレーションを与え、営業販売を行う能力です。トラステッドアドバイザーまたはコーチとして、担当領域の製品をベースに、お客様のビジョン実現に向けて深い専門性を備えた人物像が求められます。

 

Basic Requirements:

・IT関連の法人営業経験5年以上

・課題解決型の提案営業経験

・ビジネスチャンピオンからCレベルまでを含めた役員クラスのお客様との卓越したカスタマーマネジメント経験

・提案書、アカウントプランの作成経験

Preferred Requirements: 

・口頭、文面、プレゼンテーションの優れたスキル
