The position requires leveraging consultative selling skills to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, addressing customer business challenges, and building strong client relationships. Must have:

What you’ll be working on
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with SME clients in designated sales territories while consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to uncover business challenges and develop tailored solutions for prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with partner sales teams to enhance the reach and adoption of Barracuda products and solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales demonstrations and presentations that effectively showcase the Barracuda Networks portfolio.
  • Create detailed territory plans to set clear goals and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulations to provide valuable insights to clients and the team.
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies and educate channel partners and end-users through timely follow-ups and tracking of opportunities
 
What you bring to the team
 
    • 3+ years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, or related fields. 
    • Strong ability to manage accounts and nurture client relationships effectively.
    • Proficient in understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Familiarity with Barracuda products and services to effectively communicate their value.
    • Experience in managing and optimizing sales pipelines for maximum efficiency and to drive results
    • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategies to inform decision-making.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet sales goals.

    The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $110,000 - $146,000. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
