Job Description

The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships. Responsibilities include managing the delivery process, controlling funds, conducting upsells, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery. The role also involves document management and preparing regular reports for both internal management and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a focus on achieving results.
Must have:
  • 1+ year in similar roles: Account Manager, Sales Manager, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Extensive experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to express and argue your point of view.
  • Focus on results and strong ambitions.
  • English language at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.
Good to have:
  • Understanding of Art/Animation creation processes.
  • Work experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience in participating in conferences.
  • Experience in GameDev.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a leading contact person and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Manage the quality of the delivery process (definition, assurance and quality control of all stages of development).
  • Plan and control the use of funds and respond in a timely manner to possible deviations from planned expenses.
  • Conduct upsell and cross-sell sales to existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services in accordance with customer needs and objectives.
  • Be responsible for the organization of document management (NDAs, service contracts).
  • Preparation of regular reports for internal management and clients.

Who we are looking for:

  • At least 1+ year in similar positions: Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to work effectively with clients and production teams.
  • Extensive experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to clearly express and argue one’s point of view.
  • Focus on results and strong ambitions for success.
  • English language at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.

Will be plus:

  • Understanding Art/Animation creation processes.
  • Work experience of Project Manager.
  • Experience of participation in conferences.
  • Experience in GameDev.
