Job Description

The 2D Lead Artist will be responsible for providing high-quality feedback to studio performers, ensuring art quality control, and adhering to project deadlines. They will closely collaborate with the project manager and art director, participate in concept development and final drawing, and assist with finishing works by other artists when needed. The role involves working on projects across various genres, including RPG, Idler, Slot, and Adventure games. The ideal candidate should have a solid art foundation, a deep understanding of drawing basics, and at least two years of game development experience, with a total of five years in the industry.
Must have:
  • Portfolio with commercial works (gamedev)
  • Solid art base and a deep understanding of drawing basics
  • 2+ years of experience in game development
  • At least 5 years of game development experience
Good to have:
  • Availability of artistic education
  • Understanding of different game genres and visualization techniques
  • Ability to work with 3D software

Job Details

  • Checking and providing high-quality feedback for studio performers.
  • Art quality control and project deadlines.
  • Close interaction with the project manager and art director.
  • Concept development, final drawing.
  • Partial finishing of works by other artists if necessary.
  • Participation in projects of various genres: types of RPG, Idler, Slot, Adventure, etc.

Who we are looking for:

  • Mandatory presence of a portfolio with commercial works (gamedev).
  • A solid art base and a deep understanding of the basics of drawing.
  • 2+ years of experience in game development.
  • At least 5 years of game development experience.

Will be plus:

  • Availability of artistic education.
  • Understanding of different game genres and typical visualization techniques.
  • Ability to work with 3D software.
