This is our first Account Manager hire, in fact, we are hiring two of you to start at the same time. As our department grows, so will you, and the opportunities for career progression are immense.
Your Key Responsibilities
Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with our partners, providing top-notch service.
Maximize Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth across your portfolio of accounts.
Be the Main Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners, coordinating with all internal departments.
Meet Targets: Achieve OKRs and regularly report on key KPIs to the Head of Account Management.
Know the Product: Understand Playnetic's offerings and those of our competitors and other products within the iGaming space.
Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal teams to plan and execute game releases, marketing, and promotional efforts to boost revenues.
About you
Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel as needed.
Experience: Ideally, experience in B2C/B2B gaming; but we are considering sales and service experience from other industries.
Self-motivated: Independent, self-driven, and proactive problem solver.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent listening abilities.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are highly beneficial.
