Playnetic seeks a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support the global employee lifecycle, from pre-onboarding to offboarding. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate HR records, supporting payroll, ensuring compliance, and serving as a key contact for employee inquiries. Collaboration with the global HR team to align regional practices and contribute to HR initiatives and systems is crucial. The role involves managing employee data, generating reports, drafting contracts, and supporting the implementation of HR improvements. Experience supporting EMEA countries and familiarity with Confluence and G Suite are preferred.

Job Details

We're looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our global HR team!

In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle, from pre-onboarding to offboarding, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across a global workforce. You will maintain accurate HR records, support payroll coordination, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and serve as a key point of contact for employee and contractor inquiries. 

Additionally, you will collaborate with the global HR team to align regional practices and contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR initiatives and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee pre-onboarding, onboarding, probation period, and offboarding processes for the global company.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee and contractor inquiries regarding processes, HR policies, payroll, and benefits.

HR Administration and Compliance:

  • Maintain and update HR systems to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Keep employee and contractor records current and secure within HR systems.
  • Generate HR reports on headcount, turnover, and other relevant metrics.
  • Support payroll coordination in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Manage the drafting, modification, and secure storage of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural standards.

Global HR Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure regional HR practices align with global standards.
  • Provide support across various locations, promoting consistency and efficiency in HR processes across all regions.

HR Initiatives:

  • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and improvements to existing processes or systems.

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations as an HR Generalist, Administrator, Specialist, or in a similar relevant position.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to document and draft contracts and policies.
  • Experience supporting countries within the EMEA region.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, G Suite, and remote collaboration tools is highly preferred.
  • Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about working in a collaborative, growth-driven environment.
