Pico is committed to offering immersive and interactive XR experiences to our customers, including providing tailor-made solutions for our enterprise clients in the fields of education and healthcare. - As a world-renowned VR/AR brand with independent innovation and R&D capabilities, Pico has been at the forefront of the consumer electronic market. We have teams in Northern America, Europe, Japan and South Korea. We are looking for a skilled and creative hardware product manager to join us to build our VR/AR new product. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, hardware, software, AI) to align goals. - Track technical development progress and resolve challenges. - Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and address issues proactively. - Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets across projects. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress and roadblocks. - Continuously improve project management processes for efficiency. - Ensure deliverables meet quality standards with coordination from QA teams.

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - 5+ years of project management experience in consumer electronics or wearable technology. - Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects involving hardware, software, and AI components. - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). - Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and hardware/software integration. Preferred Qualifications - PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications. - Experience with AR/MR environments, sensor technology, and AI applications. - Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes for hardware products. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex projects. - Passion for wearable technology and adaptability in fast-paced environments. - Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and external contracts.
