The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for digitization services in the private sector. Key responsibilities include identifying new clients, fostering long-term partnerships, analyzing business needs, proposing targeted digitization solutions, preparing and presenting commercial proposals, negotiating win-win agreements, and collaborating with implementation teams for smooth project delivery. The role also involves reporting to management on sales, market trends, and new opportunities.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in digitization, IT or software services.
  • Proven experience in client base development in the private sector.
  • Excellent communication, organizational & negotiation skills.
  • Goal and results oriented.
  • Very good knowledge of English & CRM systems.

Job Description

  • Development and implementation of sales strategy for digitization services in the private sector.
  • Identification of new clients and development of long-term partnerships.
  • Analysis of business needs and proposals for targeted digitization solutions.
  • Preparation and presentation of commercial proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiation of agreements that create win-win collaborations.
  • Collaboration with implementation teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Reporting to Management on sales, market trends, and new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in digitization, IT or software services.
  • Proven experience in client base development in the private sector.
