Must Have

Position Overview:

This role will oversee the execution and delivery of media and social campaigns from start to finish. As part of our Integrated Marketing team. This role will lead planning, activation, and reporting for social-first and media-led campaigns.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in media planning and social distribution, and can confidently manage multiple campaigns in a fast, client facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of media and social campaigns, from planning and asset coordination to execution, optimization, and post-campaign reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and oversee media plans and budgets, ensuring all deliverables meet client objectives and KPIs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams across campaign development, delivery, and performance.
  • Coordinate with creative, editorial, design, and social teams to ensure timely and high quality asset production and distribution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with the analytics team to optimise delivery and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders in different time zones.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of paid social platforms, audience targeting, and emerging media trends.
  • Support innovation in campaign execution, bringing forward new ideas and opportunities for clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in media planning, account management and campaign delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in media planning and social campaign management
  • Strong understanding of digital media KPIs, tracking, and performance optimisation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate creative ideas into actionable media plans.
  • Ability to translate media and social reports, data into optimisations and client communications
  • Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Proficient in project management and reporting tools (e.g., Asana, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Passion for gaming, entertainment, and digital culture a strong plus.

Fully remote, but must be based on the U.S. East Coast and available to collaborate across U.S. and UK teams and timezones.
