This internship offers a confident, resilient, and dedicated individual the opportunity to gain experience in client management within the advertising industry. The role involves learning to manage clients and internal stakeholders across various campaigns, from small to large scale. Key responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day account management, coordinating between clients and internal teams, preparing meeting notes, tracking campaign status, liaising with stakeholders, monitoring project timelines, conducting research for client briefs and competitor monitoring, and providing administrative support.
Must have:

Overview

We are looking for a confident, resilient and dedicated intern who is looking to experience client management in the world of advertising. In this role, you will learn to manage clients and internal stakeholders on small to big campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day account management and coordination between clients and internal teams
  • Support in preparing meeting notes, track campaign status, liaison to get information where needed with clients, internal teams and external vendors
  • Tracking of project timelines to ensure we hit deadlines
  • Conduct research for client briefs, campaigns, and competitor monitoring
  • Assist with administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Preferably somoene currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
  • Not a must but good to have some work exposure to Marketing, Advertising, Communications etc. through prior internships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Resilient and works well under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take initiative
  • Eager to learn and open to feedback
  • Team player mentality
  • Positive attitude and adaptable to change
