Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Search (SEM) Executive to join our Publicis LeOne team. This role involves managing paid search campaigns across a client's brand portfolio, driving setup, ongoing optimization, and evolution of SEM accounts. You will oversee offshore team tasks, assist in client meetings, address requests, and help refine SEM strategies. Key responsibilities include implementing and optimizing campaigns, delivering accurate reports with insights, and collaborating with the Performance Media team.
Must have:
  • Assist in implementing, monitoring, and handling industry-leading performance media strategies, with a focus on paid search.
  • Implement and optimise campaigns across various paid search platforms to drive business outcomes for the client.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Apply a curious mindset to identify and analyse campaign performance, always seeking to learn and improve.
  • Take ownership of tasks, effectively prioritising and handling multiple concurrent responsibilities.
  • Assist the Account Services team and client stakeholders on ad hoc requests.
  • Collaborate closely with the Performance Media team, Account Managers and Operations Leads.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building and handling SEM / paid search campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Google Ads and SA360.
  • Strong drive to advance your career as a well-rounded performance media specialist.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of driving performance outcomes for clients.
  • Demonstrated experience to take ownership of tasks, effectively prioritise, and manage multiple accountabilities.
  • Intermediate presentation experience, including client WIP updates and monthly reports.

About The Role

Excitingly, we are currently on the lookout for a proactive and detail oriented Senior Search (SEM) Executive to join our Publicis LeOne team. Whether you’re an established Senior Executive looking to gain significant exposure to a category leader or a driven Executive looking for that next step upwards, we’d love to hear from you!

Reporting into and working closely with the Senior Paid Search Manager, this is an incredible opportunity to take care of paid search campaigns across the client’s portfolio of brands. You will drive the set-up, ongoing optimisation and evolution of the SEM accounts. You will oversee the implementation and day-to-day tasks of the offshore team members, ensuring their work is delivered with accuracy. Additionally, you will assist in client meetings, address requests, and assist in developing and refining SEM strategies. Problem solving, attention to detail, communication skills and specialist paid search knowledge are the keys to this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing, monitoring and handling industry-leading performance media strategies, with a focus on paid search
  • Implement and optimise campaigns across various paid search platforms to drive business outcomes for the client

What type of person will be successful in this role

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building and handling SEM / paid search campaigns
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Google Ads and SA360
