Must have:
  • Guide the team and elevate client services through digital strategies, with knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, IG, FB, YT, X).
  • Foster a culture of trend hacking and maintain updates, search for new technologies, and automation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure coherent and effective campaign execution and support in tenders.
  • Inspire clients in work sessions with digital knowledge and insights.
  • Manage PR and influencer strategies, where content is key for consumer connection.
  • Build relationships with Managers, talents, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual negotiations with managers and influencers.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to evaluate audience performance and behavior for assigned accounts.
  • Develop, create, and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Identify and define the appropriate target for campaigns.
  • Manage the budget for social media and influencer campaigns efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly KPIs to ensure strategic objectives are met.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures, locally and regionally.

Overview

In Bogotá – Colombia, we are looking for a Social Media Director. With more than 6 years of experience leading digital strategies, their mission will focus on collaborating with other departments within the agency, such as the creative, content, and analysis teams, to ensure coherent and effective execution of campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the team and elevate our clients' services through digital strategies, with knowledge of social platforms (TIKTOK, IG, FB, YT, X).
  • Foster a culture of trend hacking and maintain updates, search for new technologies, and automation.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the agency, such as the creative, content, and analysis teams, to ensure coherent and effective execution of campaigns, as well as follow-up and support in tenders.
  • Inspire our clients in work sessions, digital knowledge, insights, among others.
  • Manage PR and influencer strategies, where content is an important axis for connecting with consumers.
  • Relationship with Managers, talents, internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual negotiations with managers and influencers.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to evaluate audience performance and behavior to adjust strategies and objectives for assigned accounts.
  • Development, creation, and execution of social media marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Identification and definition of the appropriate target for campaigns.
  • Manage the budget allocated for social media and influencer campaigns and ensure that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs monthly to ensure compliance with strategic objectives for both the areas in charge and the business.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's processes, policies, and procedures, both locally and regionally.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Solid leadership and team management skills.
  • Advanced experience in managing social media platforms, such as: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok. And in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, and Later, In addition to monitoring and social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Mention, and NetBase, related to their area of performance.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and data tools such as Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and TikTok Analytics.
  • Experience in interpreting analytical metrics and data interpretation to measure campaign performance and content strategies.
  • Ability to create content strategies that align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audience.
  • Knowledge in contract negotiation, collaboration follow-up, and analysis of the impact of influencer campaigns, as well as experience in identifying, selecting, and managing relationships with relevant influencers for the brand.
  • Management and knowledge of regulations related to social media advertising, data privacy, and transparency in collaborations with influencers.
  • Desirable advanced English level.
