  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers, managing negotiations and collaborations.
  • Coordinate campaign execution, ensuring content aligns with strategy and quality standards.
  • Evaluate campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions, and provide detailed reports to clients.
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and social platforms to effectively adapt strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with other agency teams, such as creative and media, to integrate influencer marketing into broader campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures, both locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

  • Create and plan influencer marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Research and select influencers who align with the brand and target audience, considering factors such as authenticity, engagement, and relevance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers, managing negotiations and collaborations.
  • Coordinate campaign execution, ensuring content aligns with strategy and quality standards.
  • Evaluate campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions, and provide detailed reports to clients.
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and social platforms to effectively adapt strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with other agency teams, such as creative and media, to integrate influencer marketing into broader campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures, both locally and regionally.

Qualifications

  • Ability to interpret campaign metrics and statistics, using analysis tools to measure performance and ROI.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their algorithms, as well as specific tools for managing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Skills in planning and project management to coordinate multiple campaigns and meet established deadlines.
  • Experience in using influencer relationship management tools (CRM), and marketing and analysis software, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or specific influencer marketing platforms.
  • Skills to negotiate fees and collaborations with influencers in a way that benefits both the agency and the creators.
