Job Description
This role involves analyzing mobile game/app products and markets, setting up Waterfall and A/B testing on mediation platforms to optimize revenue from Advertising Networks. You will collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to develop and refine strategies for ad revenue generation while maintaining user experience, aiming to position products as market leaders. Responsibilities include working with partners like Admob, Facebook, Pangle, and Unity to enhance optimization efficiency and resolve issues. You will also assess revenue potential of ad channels, monitor ad quality using company tools, and track ad revenue to maximize earnings.

Must Have:
Analyze mobile game/app products and markets; set up Waterfall, A/B testing on mediation platforms to optimize revenue from Advertising Networks.
Coordinate with Product team, Marketing team to propose, improve and analyze strategies to generate ad revenue while maintaining user experience.
Work with Advertising Network partners like Admob, Facebook, Pangle, Mintergral, Unity, ironSource, Applovin to improve optimization performance and resolve issues.
Evaluate revenue potential of advertising channels and partners.
Use company tools to monitor and ensure ad quality delivered to users and prevent annoying or inappropriate ads.
Monitor ad revenue and optimize key metrics among partners to maximize revenue.

Work with Advertising Network partners such as Admob, Facebook, Pangle, Mintergral, Unity, ironSource, Applovin… to improve optimization performance and resolve arising issues.
Evaluate the revenue potential of advertising channels and partners.
Use company tools to monitor and ensure the quality of ads delivered to users and prevent annoying or inappropriate ads for the company's game/app line.
Monitor ad revenue and optimize important metrics among partners to maximize revenue.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Graduated from College/University with a major in information technology, marketing, communications or related fields.
Minimum 1 year in a similar position.
Experience working on Google Ad Manager Platform is a plus.
Basic understanding of Firebase, Google Analytics, Bigquery.
Good English communication is a plus.
Able to work independently or in a team.
Good communication skills.
Proactive, adaptable and responsible for work.
