Job Description

In Renovation & Building Physics, we are accelerating our consulting within our market area of General Housing in Aarhus and surroundings. We are experiencing a strong influx of new assignments and have several exciting opportunities in the pipeline, and we are therefore looking for an experienced colleague who wants to lead our general services. We already hold several framework agreements, and you will therefore become part of an organization that has a strong foothold in the general market, where you have a good opportunity to bring your competencies into play and contribute to our continued development. Are you our new colleague?

Your new role

As our new advisor, your main focus will be on managing our market area "General Housing", where you act as the link between Rambøll and general clients. You manage both the strategic approach and project management on general projects, which also means that you are responsible for the process with Landsbyggefonden, manage schemes A, B, and C, and advise our general clients on the process for renovation support applications and the various financing options and compositions in a comprehensive plan realization. You will be responsible for solving independent tasks, and as an advisor, you will be responsible for Rambøll's relationships with general clients – a client portfolio that includes several framework agreements.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Manage project leadership on general projects, including advising in connection with the process with Landsbyggefonden, renovation support applications, and the various financing options and compositions in a comprehensive plan realization, etc.
  • Develop our market area within General Housing.

  • Actively contribute to Rambøll's internal network for general building stock, and bring relevant competencies into play for your current projects.
  • Seek new clients and nurture existing client and collaboration relationships.
  • Sparring and development of less experienced colleagues.

A typical work week will include a wide variety of tasks and projects. You will typically be away from the office 20-25% of your working time. Your time will be distributed so that 25% of your time is spent on clients/client relationships/sales and 75% on projects as a project manager.

Your new department

You will be part of our division, Renovation & Building Physics. In Renovation & Building Physics, we are 100 dedicated colleagues, distributed across 5 locations, namely Aarhus, Vejle, Fredericia, Odense, and Copenhagen. You will become part of the department in Aarhus, consisting of 19 engineers, constructors, and architects, who work with all types of tasks within existing building stock, including renovation, extensions, conversions, demolition projects, indoor climate, condition assessment, and technical due diligence. Both professionally and collegially, there is a close connection to colleagues at our other locations, where joint theme days with professional sparring and development as well as team building, etc., are regularly held. Overall, in the Aarhus department, we are a very varied team with different seniority and an even distribution of both genders. We have fantastic cohesion, and we regularly hold social events, including a technical excursion every other year, which typically takes us outside the country's borders.

About you

  • Education as a building engineer, building constructor, or architect.
  • +8 years of experience in general housing – experience can be gained as an advisor, through a general organization, or a general client.
