Agentic AI Developer

We are seeking a skilled AI Agentic Developer to implement Gen AI solutions within financial institutions. Responsibilities include building end-to-end Gen AI solutions, developing and refining advanced Gen AI models, ensuring successful project delivery, and integrating LLMs and LangChain into business processes. The role requires proficient use of Python for data manipulation, translating business requirements into Gen AI solution designs, and collaborating with stakeholders to present findings and strategic recommendations. The developer must stay current with industry developments and data analysis techniques.

Must Have

• Min Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with Generative AI, LLM, and Langchain.
• Proficiency in Python and other applicable programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, data mining, and predictive modeling.
• Excellent understanding of machine learning algorithms, processes, tools, and platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Knowledge and experience in end-to-end project delivery, agile or hybrid approaches.
• Agentic AI / Generative AI solution design and implementation.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Build end-to-end Gen AI solutions
• develop, refine, and implement advanced Gen AI models and ensure the success delivery of projects
• Lead the integration of LLMs and LangChain into business processes.
