AI Engineer

This AI Engineer role requires strong AI expertise, software engineering, and technical skills to lead the delivery of AI solutions within Bronto's platform. You will collaborate with the Engineering team to enhance AI knowledge and technical skills, and work closely with Sales, Product Management, and UX to design and produce high-quality AI solutions for customers. Key responsibilities include identifying innovative AI solutions, integrating them into the platform, ensuring robustness and scalability, and contributing to feature design and product releases.

This role will require you to show strong AI expertise, as well as general software engineering and technical skills to provide leadership in delivering AI solutions as part of our platform. You will work collaboratively within the Engineering team to develop the team’s knowledge of AI and your own technical skills. You will work closely with colleagues in Sales, Product Management and UX to design and produce the highest quality AI solutions possible for our customers.

Skill Requirements

‍

• A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in software design and development, with at least 3 years working in AI or ML
• Deep understanding and experience of AI and LLM technologies, e.g. GPT, Llama, Gemino Claude, AWS Bedrock, Sagemaker, TensorFlow
• Demonstrable experience in delivering and scaling complex AI solutions to customers
• Good understanding and experience of scalability using Distributed Systems, Cloud Computing and related technologies
• Strong knowledge of RESTFul Style architecture and related concepts
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Able to debug complex problems
• Familiarity with agile development and CI/CD
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• BSc or MSc or PhD in Computer Science (or related area)
