The company seeks a highly motivated Account Executive to join its foundational sales team. This 'net new business' role involves the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, focusing on acquiring new logos. The ideal candidate is a hunter, comfortable with technical, developer-focused sales in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Must Have
- Drive new logo acquisition through persistent, multi-channel outbound prospecting into accounts from 0-2000 FTEs.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Master and execute the Bronto value proposition to technical audiences.
- Rigorously qualify and manage opportunities using MEDDIC and Command of the Message methodologies.
- Conduct compelling discovery calls and product demonstrations for software engineers, developers, and DevOps leaders.
- Navigate complex procurement and security reviews to successfully close new business.
- Accurately forecast pipeline and consistently meet/exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of overachievement in a "net new business" or "hunter" role.
- Demonstrable experience in a high-volume outbound sales environment (cold calling, emailing, social selling).
- Formal training and practical experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC and Command of the Message.
- Proven ability to sell to and build champions within technical audiences, including Software Engineers, Developers, and DevOps/SRE teams.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and building process from the ground up.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to navigating complex evaluations and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a hunter, comfortable with a technical, developer-focused sale, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
