Are you an AI native, passionate about transforming business productivity with machine learning, and eager to make a tangible impact in the dynamic advertising media landscape?
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled AI Intern with a background in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related AI-focused field to join our Growth Operation team and be able to commit for at least 5-6 months. You will be a crucial change agent—a hybrid role bridging AI expertise with core business functions to build the next generation of productivity tools for our teams across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Build AI-Centric Solutions: Work directly with business teams (e.g., commercial, trading, digital) to design, develop, and deploy internal AI solutions that improve productivity, efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Business Integration: Work closely with business and operational teams to understand workflow challenges and identify opportunities for AI intervention. Collaborate on projects that directly impact media operations and client outcomes.

Act as an AI Change Agent & Business Integrator: Embed within Growth Ops team to work with different business units to understand their workflows, identify high-impact AI use cases, and directly translate business needs into technical requirements. Your role is to ensure our AI efforts directly solve real-world productivity challenges across Singapore and SEA markets, leveraging on Publicis Groupe’s proprietary AI tools and Co-pilot.
Research & Advocate: Stay ahead of the curve by researching cutting-edge AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, specialized ML models) relevant to the media agency context. You will work with Growth Ops team to evangelize and lead internal showcases, demonstrating the practical power of AI to largely non-technical stakeholders.
Training & Enablement: Lead training sessions to upskill internal teams, fostering AI literacy and empowering staff to leverage new solutions in their daily work.
Academic Expertise: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a primary major in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
Technical Skills: Proven ability to prototype and build solutions using Python and relevant ML/AI libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with data pipeline tools or cloud environments is a plus.
Communication & Business Acumen: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical business users.
Drive & Autonomy: A proactive, self-starter mentality with the independence to research, propose, and own projects from concept through to a functional prototype.
This internship is designed for a builder who wants to move beyond theoretical models and see their work immediately implemented to transform a multinational business across Southeast Asia.
