Responsibilities
Your tasks:
- You will create implementation plans for even the most demanding briefs – instead of saying "it's impossible," you will check how, in what time, and for what budget they can be realized;
- You will prepare and propose a budget (even within a range) for various ideas and projects;
- You will apply your skills in planning and coordination – from independently organizing events to supporting team colleagues in their projects;
- You will be a leader and motivator – a person who supports, advises, and shares knowledge, instead of lecturing;
- You will draw conclusions and learn on an ongoing basis – treating each project as an opportunity for further learnings and even better results;
- You will establish cooperation with PR, media, influencer marketing, and creative teams to jointly implement comprehensive 360° strategies;
- You will build a dream team with us that meets the wildest expectations of our clients.
Qualifications
Apply if:
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in independently organizing large events for various clients;
- You have a Category B driving license;
- You know English very well, including fluent use of industry-specific vocabulary;
- You are fluent in MS Office suite;
- You are characterized by professionalism and responsibility in project management.

- You can design scenography and stage technology and know graphic programs;
