Job Summary
The AMS - Accounts Payable and Reimbursements Shared Services Center Leader is responsible for the overall operation and optimization of the ByteDance Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) team in the Americas. This role involves upgrading financial systems and procedures, ensuring compliance with AMS policies and regulations, managing risk, and providing internal control advice. The leader will actively respond to business demands, offering professional support. Key responsibilities include establishing employment reimbursement, account payable, and fixed asset management policies and processes. This full-time, hybrid position is based in Los Angeles and requires proficiency in Mandarin due to system and financial document requirements.

Job Description
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $122550 - $291840 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
